Most pages and ads on immomailing are in german only – sorry for the inconvenience – but you can just use your browser to do the translating, some browser have the translation option next to the URL, with some you have to install and Add-on.
If you are not sure with the browser you are using, just google it, it works quite fine.
Iphone / Safari
Enter immomailing.ch in Safari Browser. Klick on the to AA Icons and choose „Translate to English“
If you use gmail and use the translation option for mails, it disables all links to the ads. In this case you have to disable translation…
